Summit Valley United Academy Joins Virginia Youth SocceR ASSOCIATION

We’re excited to officially announce that Summit Valley United Academy is now a registered member of Virginia Youth Soccer (VYSA). This marks a major milestone in the continued growth of our club and the opportunities we are building for players in our region.

What started as Berryville FC has grown with purpose and vision. We rebranded as Summit Valley United to reflect a broader mission, a wider community, and a long-term commitment to player development. Today, that vision continues with the expansion of Summit Valley United Academy, creating a clear pathway from youth soccer to higher levels of the game.

We are actively planning to field academy teams for the Fall 2026 season, focused on player development, competitive environments, and long-term growth. As part of that process, we will be holding Open Youth Tryouts on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

These tryouts are an important step in building our academy teams and identifying players who want to be part of something long-term, competitive, and development-driven.
